PLUSMiles portal is a portal where members can access into their PLUSMiles account information, points rewards, discount privileges and view toll transactions.
Basic requirements to become PLUSMiles member are:
Private vehicle means individual owned vehicles. In order to collect points, your vehicle class must be Class 1 in all PLUS Highways except for Jambatan Pulau Pinang for Class 2.
PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card price is RM10.00
There is no difference between the normal Touch n' Go card and PLUSMiles Touch 'n Go card. Both cards are eligible for points collection as long as it is registered in PLUSMiles.
It is based on Touch ‘n Go usage, through a special designed card, member can Points Rewards, discount and privileges. Terms and Conditions apply.
Yes. Simply register as a PLUSMiles member you are entitled to Points Rewards and discount privileges from PLUSMiles participating merchants.
Yes. You must register your normal Touch n' Go card PLUSMiles Touch ‘n Go card at PLUSMiles portal at www.plusmiles.com.my in order to enjoy all benefits and rewards offered by PLUSMiles Program. Points will only be calculated after account registration and card linkage.
Normal Touch n' Go and PLUSMiles Touch n' Go card can be used at all highways and other service providers. However, points entitlement will only be calculated for toll transactions at PLUS, ELITE, BKE, JPP, SPDH, LINKEDUA and LPT2.
Yes, you can add up to 10 cards only. If you wish to delete card, kindly email your request to customerfeedback@plus.com.my
Yes, you can delete your own Touch n' Go cards in PLUSMiles Portal.
Yes, you can add up to 10 TNG RFiD Tag only.

You are required to register your PLUSMiles / TNG Card @ TNG RFiD Tag serial number into PLUSMiles account (at www.plusmiles.com.my or download PLUS App) to be entitled for the PLUSMiles Points when you travel at PLUS Highways using private Class 1 vehicles (PLUS, ELITE, BKE, JPP, SPDH, LINKEDUA & LPT2) or Class 2 (Jambatan Pulau Pinang) based on distance travelled in Kilometers (KM)
Do take note that we do not issue PLUSMiles points at Toll Plaza Bangunan Sultan Iskandar (BSI), Toll Plaza Tanjung Kupang (TTK) and in between LPT1 stretch from Toll Plaza Karak to Toll Plaza Jabor.
